Passing away of the Secretary General of Romania

The Romanian Section of International Police Association, announces with deep grief, the death of the Mr. Ph. D. IULIAN MEDREA, SECRETARY GENERAL, founder of our SECTION.

He died after 22.00 PM on Tuesday, 10 April, only three weeks after being diagnosed with a terminal illness. He was 76 years old.

Our thoughts and condolences go out to his family, especially son Flavius and to his wife.

Good people do not „never die”! They just removes a little and they watch our fates from top to the sky. We never build enough into a friendship and suddenly everything is crumbles and just only memories remain.

Have rest in PEACE, ROMANIAN SOUL!
